Swimming for Health
I'd like to say I swim for exercise but that implies that I swim enough to actually be in shape. I swim because I hurt. I have multiple medical conditions that cause pain, but when I am in the water, I can move freely. Nothing compares to the ability to spend time virtually pain free, just relaxing in the water. I am happily married and not looking to change that. Would love to talk to others about swimming, specifically to obtain more info on swimming to help arthritis and also information on how to become a professional swimmer (for my oldest child).
