I enjoy swimming about two to three times a month, but due to a recent knee surgery, I plan to swim more frequently to help with muscle building and to speed up my recovery. Swimming is a fantastic way to keep my body active while protecting my joints, and I’m committed to using it as a key part of my rehabilitation process.
Beyond the health benefits, I love swimming simply for fun. Whether it's the calming effect of being in the water or the joy it brings, it always refreshes me and provides a sense of peace. For me, swimming is a perfect combination of exercise and enjoyment, and it’s something I plan to make an even bigger part of my life moving forward.
